Strained Back

Share Emailz

Since sciatica is the impingement of the sciatic nerve, and the pain is nerve pain, the feeling of sciatica is very intense. Some days, your lower back might ache, other days, there may be pain running down your entire leg. Still other days you may only feel pain in your ankle. Sciatica is usually experienced on one side of the body.
A sore back is a general dull feeling that hurts when you move in a certain direction or put pressure on your back.
I found this website that contains further information on the symptoms and how to find relief.
