Laughter is something that is very important to me. Both pre and post cancer. They way I looked at it, I had so much good material, how could I know use it. I agree that laughing with friends is very important. I was diagnosed on a Friday and was spending that weekend with my closest friends. I laughed so much that weekend my stomach hurt.
There is something else very important to me. It took awhile to master this and having gone through breast cancer certainly helped. I am able to laugh at myself. As I point out, I do give myself lots of opportunities especially with chemo brain.
The ability to laugh at oneself is good for the soul.
Well... I'd say to greatly enhance your laughter life... laughter does not seem to mean as much when it's not with anyone right? -
Cook something outrageous with a friend / family member. Look in a super intricate cook book and go crazy! The preparation ventures are random and will always draw laughs!
