If a patient experiences significant side effects on Femara or one of the other aromatase inhibitors, is it worth it to try a different aromatase inhibitor?

I believe it is reasonable to try another aromatase inhibitor if a patient experiences significant side effects with one. Although as a class of drugs they generally have similar side effects, there may be differences in the side effects between the drugs for any one individual.
