I just finished treatment for uveal melanoma. What are my next steps and where can I find support?

Hi! There were 5 people at Mass Eye and Ear diagnosed the same day, and treated the same week. We have kept an email connection, and are sharing our ideas about post-treatment follow-up and just providing one another with emotional support.
Three of us are in the process of obtaining an oncologist to follow our cases. One has obtained an oncologist and is having an MRI for use as a baseline.
The standard follow-up at MEEI is 6 and 12-month ultrasounds, liver checks (via blood work), and eye exams. I'm not sure if they'll repeat the chest xray at the 6-month visit, but I think so, as liver and lungs are the most likely sites for mets. They do not refer to an oncologist, nor do CT or MRI scans, so I will pursue this through my PCP.
