In my own practice, I have used curcumin with great results. I've used bromelain/quercitin combinations in the past with minimal effect.

When it comes to vitamin A, I never use this as a supplement form as data showing it's efficacy have been based on dietary consumption, and even to then, the research is confounding. If you are looking to supplement with a fat soluble vitamin that has clear data to support it's use, vitamin D is the top choice.
