Could a swollen lump (possible lymph node) on the back of an arm be a sign of breast cancer?
Ive had changes in my breast over past 2 years, which are not normal and for about the past 6 month I have had a warm oval swollen spot on the back of my arm (it is in the same arm directly out from my left breast) which comes and goes,it seems like it may be a lymph node, now I have two lumps that has stayed this time and has not went away for about 5 weeks.Q.Could this be a sign of Breast Cancer?

Metastases to skin as an initial presentation of early breast cancer is rare or uncommon. Metastases to nodes in the axilla (armpit) can occur even without an obvious breast tumor and rarely will occur without a primary breast tumor being evident even on MRI. Nodes are not usually found on the "back" of the arm.
